How can a health and wellness coach integrate mindfulness practices in their own life to enhance their relationships, quality of life, and their coaching skills? How can a coach model and teach mindfulness to their clients? Join Dr. Pauline Lucas to learn all about the science and practice of mindfulness and how to integrate mindfulness and meditation practices in your own life as well as in your practice.

This course is available as a CEU offering for National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) for 1 CEU. This CE credit is provided by The Center Within which has been approved by the NBHWC, PAC for the continuing education and training of National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). CEP Number 100085.
Other holistic professionals will be provided a certificate of completion and encouraged to submit to their governing organizations.
