Mindfulness has become a household word but what is it really? How can a health and wellness coach integrate mindfulness practices in their own life to enhance their relationships, quality of life, and their coaching skills? How can a coach model and teach mindfulness to their clients? This course is available as a CEU offering for National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC) for 1 CEU. This CE credit is provided by The Center Within which has been approved by the NBHWC, PAC for the continuing education and training of National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). CEP Number 100085.

As a faculty member at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine, she is director of the Health Coaching course and teaches Introduction to Lifestyle Medicine.
