This presentation is a great review of tools and techniques to hold the space and utilize unconditional positive regard during this time of high stress and deep polarization. In particular, I enjoyed learning about how trust vs. mistrust impacts the brain and our ability to communicate.
I will be able to better understand the perspective of my clients/place they are coming from through their words.
I love all the tips and tricks to cultivate trust and convey a mindful coaching presence -- this helps me recenter the way I communicate with others.
This webinar was filled with great reminders & check-ins for myself as a Coach to ensure I am TRULY listening. Specifically, using the awareness checks with how I may block feedback.
