Becka Broste, MA, NBC-HWC is a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota. She founded Broste Wellness Coaching, LLC in 2018 to serve the holistic health coaching needs of individuals and groups in central Minnesota and online! Prior to coaching, Becka worked in small business management and marketing, including social media management. She enjoys creating content that feels genuine and communicates authentically.

Barbara Powell, MA, NBC-HWC is a MindCoach for Life Time, a creative, and a marathon runner. She holds a Masters in Integrative Health and Well-being Coaching from the University of Minnesota, and a B.A. in Marketing and English Creative Writing from Bentley University. Barbara is passionate about the beauty of intentional movement, present-moment living, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Beyond coaching, she explores such topics through her poetry on The Day Between Blog. In 2019 she co-founded the site, Not Quite Sunday, integrating stories of creativity from the community. In her early professional life, Barbara was a Brand Marketing and Consumer Education associate for Nike, Inc in NYC and a Regional Sales Manager for Skechers Performance footwear.
